My products are made to order, packed and shipped by me, so please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before your order ships.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping is currently available to the US, Canada, and Mexico only. Customers outside the US are responsible for all import duties and fees.
Return & Exchange
I want you to enjoy wearing N1K1 with confidence, so I accept size exchanges for clothing as long as the item is returned in original condition (US orders only, exceptions may apply).
Since all items are made to order, customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping. This helps me keep prices fair while still offering size exchanges. For the same reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email shop@n1k1.design with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
