Refund policy

All of my products are made to order. Because of this, I do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. The only exceptions are exchanges (US orders only) for sizing if the original item is returned in original condition, or if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me at shop@n1k1.design within 7 days of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging so I can review the issue.

If replacement is approved, I will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.


Exchanges

To keep prices fair, I’m currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing, or personal preference.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact me at shop@n1k1.design so I can assist you in tracking it down or start an insurance claim.

Please note that once the package is marked delivered it is considered fulfilled on my end. That said, if the tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you're unable to locate the package, still feel free to contact me, I’ll do my best to help you work with the carrier.


International Orders

For orders shipped outside the U.S., I will comply with local return and consumer protection laws as required. Please contact me at shop@n1k1.design for guidance specific to your region.


Refunds

Refunds are not available at this time for reasons stated above. Thank you for your understanding.
