Return & Exchange

I want you to be happy and confident in your N1K1 pieces, so I offer one round of size exchanges on eligible items for US orders of $60 or more. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

N1K1 Design is a very small artist-run shop, and all pieces are made to order. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep pricing as fair as possible. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns.

If an eligible piece doesn’t fit, or if there’s an issue with your order, please email shop@n1k1.design within 5 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange or replacement. For replacement requests, please include photos.

If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, fabric, or anything else before ordering, please feel free to reach out. You can send your height, usual size, and preferred fit, and I’m happy to help compare measurements or answer questions before you place your order.
